Swabi Suave Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Vision:  This agreement and policy document supports our vision to encourage the action of sharing experiences in life between friends, within family, and among co-workers through immersive experiences on this social media platform known as Swabi Suave.

Parties

            The parties referred to in this agreement are end users, user networks, the platform, and Swabi Mobile Inc.  End users are any persons who complete the registration and agree to this terms of use and privacy policy.  User networks are connected end users within your Friends, Family, or Work networks.  The platform is Swabi Suave and refers to the software in its entirety.  Swabi Mobile Inc is the company that provides the platform to end users.

Rights

            With agreement to use this platform, end users have specific rights.  End users have the right to post media such as videos, photos, GIFs, audio and text on feeds and also within virtual realities but not limited to these items.  End users have the right to invite others into the platform.  However, invited people must be at least 13 years of age to register into the platform.  There’s no restriction in terms of nation of origin for those who are eligible to join.

Responsibilities

            End users have the responsibilities to post items that are acceptable and legal in the jurisdiction where they reside.  In certain countries, end users are protected when posting about social or political issues.  Pornographic posts are not allowed on this platform.  Posting violations may result in suspension of your Swabi Suave account.  Management at Swabi Mobile Inc reserves the right to decide when an end user is in violation.

Expectations

            Please use this platform with conduct that is acceptable to others.  When in doubt, engage with others in the platform with respect and consideration.  Swabi Mobile Inc reserves the right to revoke any Swabi Suave account for any justified reason.

Use

            End users are allowed to use the platform as a privilege.  At any time for any reason, Swabi Mobile Inc. has the right to revoke the rights to use this platform by suspending end users’ accounts.

Features

The primary features of Swabi Suave include feeds for Friends, Family, and Work.  Additionally, there are several virtual realities where end users can engage in immersive social media.

Subscriptions

Until July 1^st, 2022, each end user automatically has a free subscription that allows access to all features within the Swabi Suave platform.  However, starting on July 1^st, 2022 or later, there will be an additional paid subscription.  The paid subscription will be required to access Yearbook Museum, Birthday Song, Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas Village Morning, and New Year’s Horizons as well as any newly introduced virtual realities besides the ones in the first version of the platform, version 1.0.  The price of the paid subscription will be determined by July 1^st, 2022.  The virtual realities that will remain open with the Free Subscription are Island of Friends, Mountain of Achievements, Forest of Families and My Oval Office.

Advertisement Policy

            Currently, the platform is an advertisement free platform.  There are no advertisements.  However, Swabi Mobile Inc. reserves the right to add advertisements later and end users have the right to purchase a no ads subscription so that ads are not displayed in their feeds.  The cost of this subscription will be determined when the platform incorporates advertisements.

Security

            Security is enforced with Google Firebase Security Rules and no unauthorized access to your content are allowed except through your connected networks and other end users who are invited into virtual realities by your connections.  Note Yearbook Museum is an open virtual reality and any Swabi Suave end user can post, view or listen to media within Yearbook Museum.  Swabi Mobile Inc will secure your account with standard security measures, however, you must take responsibility to keep access to your account secure as well.

Protections

            Swabi Mobile Inc. protects your personally identifiable information and other sensitive data, however, any posts of information into the feeds and virtual realities are your responsibility.  As the end user, you need to protect your own information by posting only information you really want to share.
